1. Return Eligibility
- You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.
- Products that are damaged, worn, or missing tags will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Sale, clearance, and discounted items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Accessories or freebies given with orders cannot be returned separately.
3. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are available for size or product defects only.
- If the desired size is unavailable, we will issue store credit or a refund.
4. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of:
- Wrong item received
- Damaged/defective product delivered
- In such cases, Womsladdy will cover the return shipping.
