1. Return Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.
  • Products that are damaged, worn, or missing tags will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale, clearance, and discounted items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Accessories or freebies given with orders cannot be returned separately.

3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for size or product defects only.
  • If the desired size is unavailable, we will issue store credit or a refund.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of:
    • Wrong item received
    • Damaged/defective product delivered
  • In such cases, Womsladdy will cover the return shipping.
